Terms and Conditions for ATM Purchase

Purchase Agreement: By purchasing an ATM from New England ATM, the buyer agrees to the terms and conditions outlined in this document.

Payment: Full payment is required withing 15 days of New England ATM providing tracking number. Accepted payment methods include check or ACH. Credit cards are charge 3.5% . All payments must be made in U.S. dollars.

Delivery: The estimated delivery time will be communicated within 7 days of order. New England ATM is not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers or unforeseen circumstances. Most ATMs are delivered within 15 business days of order

Warranty: All ATMs come with a 2 year manufacturer’s warranty, covering defects in materials and workmanship. Warranty claims must be submitted with proof of purchase.
Installation and Setup: Installation and setup services are not included in the purchase price unless explicitly stated. The buyer is responsible for ensuring proper installation according to manufacturer guidelines.

Returns and Refunds: Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase, provided the ATM is in its original condition. A restocking fee of 15% may apply. Refunds will be processed within 15 days after the return is received and inspected.

Liability: New England ATM is not responsible for any damages or losses resulting from improper use, installation, or maintenance of the ATM.

Governing Law: These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Massachusetts, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Changes to Terms: New England ATM reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
